Grassy Butte Testing and Survey

MAC provided cultural compliance services on a proposed rebuild of the Williston to Charlie Creek 115kV Transmission Line. A 125 -acre parcel of US Forest Service land was inventoried for historic properties and three prehistoric archaeological sites were excavated and evaluated for their eligibility for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. The work involved coordination with WAPA, the US Forest Service and the North Dakota State Historic Preservation Office.
